Everything was fab, no reason to complain, I recommend it. The total stay was really good on my vacation. Loved my vip double room with great views of the town, a really comfy office chair, as example. The staff were caring and exceptionally attentive and the location was amazing near Venetian Fort.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was luxury and had fantastic location just off the newly remodeled archeological museum, 5mn walking distance from the old town/shopping center/restaurants and all the shopping, restaurants and cafe's are located. We had a very nice time.

Tbh, had an enjoyable stay for Knossos visit. We had a high ceiling, a balcony, and large windows in the executive queen room. Wonderful view of the harbor, loved it. The hotel was in the central setting to the busstop where the airport bus stops.

I had a real good stay in a long time. The hotel was nicely decorated and truly exceptional and I liked the streets of Heraklion. The rooms were nicely decorated with a nice balcony to the port, the staff were genuinely helpful. The breakfast had a wide array of options: eggs and cookies. The service was very good, the breakfast was rich and healthy. It was located minute walk from a port in Heraklion.
The area was pretty noisy.

Every time we stay in Heraklion, like to stay here. It's a nicely decorated and extremely convenient hotel in the very good building. The rooftop restaurant is really nice and having eggs and cookies for breakfast is a bonus. It has nice location to see a state-of-the-art museum. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff are so efficient.
